The Town clerk has a wide range of responsibilities that include acting as the Clerk to the Town Council, recording all official proceedings of the Town, serving as the official custodian of Town records, ordinances and resolutions, and serves as the administrative coordinator for the Town Council. The Town Clerk also manages all municipal elections and serves as the Town liaison with the Supervisor of Elections, the State Commission on Ethics and other governmental entities.
