The Town of Indian River Shores wishes to acquire goods and services by a method that will maximize the purchasing value of public funds while ensuring an open, fair and equitable competitive process in accordance with the Town’s procurement policy, state statutes and best practices.

Rules & Regulations

The procurement process, rules and guidelines of the Town of Indian River Shores are established in the
Town Code of Ordinance Chapter 31.

Vendors interested in current Town solicitations may find information:

• Requests for Bids/Proposals may also be published in the TC Palm newspaper (legal ad section).

The Town encourages all interested Vendors/Bidders/Proposers to subscribe to
DemandStar to receive a notification when new content is posted.

Surplus Auction

The Town utilizes GovDeals to sell and dispose of surplus goods including, but not limited to, police vehicles, furniture, tools, technology equipment, etc.
