Community Center

The Community Center is open to the public for rental. Maximum room capacity is 120. If you are interested in renting the Town’s Community Center, please contact Lucy Scheidt at LScheidt@irshores.com or 772-231-1771, ext. 124.

Resident

Weekday rental prices

Hourly: $100 per hour (mandatory four (4) hour minimum rental)

Daily: $1,000 (7:00 AM to 11:00 PM with Quiet Hours after 10:00 PM)

Resident

Weekend rental prices

Daily: $1,000 (7:00 AM to 11:00 PM with Quiet Hours after 10:00 PM)

 

Non-Resident

Weekday rental prices

Hourly: $200 per hour (mandatory four (4) hour minimum rental)

Daily: $2,500 (7:00 AM to 11:00 PM with Quiet Hours after 10:00 PM)

Note: Along with rental, the Community Center has folding tables and approximately 100 padded folding chairs for use inside the building. There are 8 (5') round tables, 6 (6') rectangular tables and 12 (3') square tables.
