The Town of Indian River Shores has a beautiful facility available for rental. This approximate 1200 square foot building is nestled among the sprawling oak trees between the Town Hall and the Public Safety building. It has become quite popular for weddings, birthday parties, meetings and other special events.
This building was completely renovated in 2007, and features a full kitchen with granite countertops, an 8' x 16' wooden dance floor, covered patio, and tables and padded chairs for indoor use. Although the maximum capacity is 171, a gathering with tables and chairs offers comfortable seating for approximately 100. Please click here for a rough layout diagram.
Competitive rental rates feature hourly or half-day options.
