Upcoming Meetings. The First Budget Public Hearing is scheduled for 5:01 p.m. on Thursday, September 16, 2010. The Regular Town Council Meeting is scheduled to be held on Thursday, September 23, 2010 at 3:30 p.m. At 5:01 p.m. on September 23 the Second and Final Budget Public Hearing to adopt the FY 2010/2011 Town budget will be held.
Where. Official Town meetings are held in the Council Chambers, which is the center building in the circular driveway facing A-1-A at the Fred R. Tuerk Municipal Center, 6001 North Highway A-1-A, Indian River Shores.
When. The regular Town Council meetings are scheduled the fourth Thursday of each month at 3:30 p.m. In November and December this schedule usually varies. Mid-page below is notice of the next scheduled meeting. Approved 2010 meeting dates and holidays are here .
Notification. Agendas for all official Town meetings are posted on this website and on the Bulletin Board on the walkway outside the Postal Center and Administrative Offices. Most meetings are also noticed in the Press Journal "Government Meetings" section in the non-legal area of the paper and may be noticed in the legal section under "Notice of Government Meetings" two or three days prior to the meeting.
Who Should Attend. The Town residents and general public are welcome to attend all regular Town Council meetings and other official meetings of boards or committees in accordance with the State of Florida Sunshine Laws.

Meeting Minutes. Minutes are posted after the Town Council approves them, which is usually done at the next meeting. Please click on the appropriate year below to review official Town Council minutes.

Planning, Zoning and Variance Board The Planning, Zoning & Variance (PZ&V) Board has regular meetings scheduled for the second Monday of each month at 2:00 p.m. as needed. The next potential meeting date is September 13, 2010. These meetings are held in the Town Council Chambers.
Other Meetings
- The Code Enforcement Board has called for a Hearing on September 15, 2010 at 3:30 p.m.
- The Finance Committee meets as needed, with the next date to be determined.
- The Pension Board has completed their four required quarterly meetings for the year. The next one may be held in late fall 2010 in the Public Safety Department Conference Room.
