The Town of Indian River Shores invites interested parties to submit sealed proposals, no later than 10:00 a.m. on Friday, October 12, 2018, for the Town Hall Generator Enclosure.

A mandatory pre-bid meeting will take place on Wednesday, October 3, 2018 at 10:00 a.m.  at which time there is a site visit scheduled at the end of the meeting.  Contractors MUST complete a site visit prior to submitting their proposal.  Appointments can be scheduled through the Town Manager’s Assistant, Michelle Fentress, to view the project area to meet the site visit requirements.  The Assistant can be reached via phone at 772-231-1771 or via email at mfentress@irshores.com

All proposals must be received, whether mailed or delivered in person, no later than 10:00 a.m. on Friday, October 12, 2018, in a sealed envelolpe addressed to:

The Town of Indian River Shores reserves the right to reject any or all proposals submitted in the best interest of the residents of the Town.  The official notification of the recipient chosen to be awarded the bid will be made following the Town Council meeting on October 17, 2018.
