About the Town's Community Center

The Town of Indian River Shores has a beautiful rental facility available. This approximately 1200 square foot building is nestled among the sprawling oak trees between the Town Hall and the Public Safety building. It has become quite popular for:
weddings
birthday parties and other special events
meetings (Town homeowner associations, Rotary Club, support groups)

This building was completely renovated in 2007, and features a full kitchen with granite countertops, an 8' x 16' wooden dance floor, covered patio, and tables and padded chairs for indoor use. Although the maximum capacity is 171, a gathering with tables and chairs offers comfortable seating for approximately 100. Please click here for a rough layout diagram.
Competitive rental rates for events feature hourly or half-day options. For regularly scheduled meetings or functions, please contact us for a rate quote. The rental contract may be printed out and completed upon verbal reservation and delivered to Lyndsay Bryant in the Building Department, via e-mail (scanned), fax (772) 234-5246, or in person.
