The Town of Indian River Shores has a beautiful facility available for rental. This approximate 1200 square foot building is nestled among the sprawling oak trees between the Town Hall and the Public Safety building. It has become quite popular for:
- weddings
- birthday parties and other special events
- meetings (Town homeowner associations, Rotary Club, support groups)
- weekly duplicate bridge game
- Seasonal art classes

This building was completely renovated in 2007, and features a full kitchen with granite countertops, an 8' x 16' wooden dance floor, covered patio, and tables and padded chairs for indoor use. Although the maximum capacity is 171, a gathering with tables and chairs offers comfortable seating for approximately 100. Please click here for a rough layout diagram.
Competitive rental rates for events feature hourly or half-day options. For regularly scheduled meetings or functions, please contact us for a rate quote.
